Tamara Russell is the authors of Mindfulness in Motion. In this talk, Tamara described her new approach to mindfulness. Drawing on the principles of martial arts training, an in depth knowledge of the psychological theory of the mindfulness training process and the latest neuroscience, she shared her experience of combining these three elements and the development of her programme. Some exercises from the book Mindfulness in Motion allowed you to experience the power of combining these three aspects of knowledge and give you a skill to take directly into your life.
